LEGO minifig: C3PO

Review of LEGO minifig c3po.
There are 3 versions of this minifig; pearl gold, gold and chrome/ gold plated version. This 3 version shares the same print and head less the gold plated version . This figure appears in quite a number of set; the pearl gold in 4504 millenium falcon,4475 Jabba's massage etc; the newer gold version in 10198 Tantive IV, 8092 Luke skywalker's speeder and the gold plated version which was a limited edition set for it's 30th anniversary.
This minifig has a detailed head that is as similar as to the one in the movie. However, they do not seem to bother to paint the eye that makes the whole minifig looks very dull and plain. It's torso print is utterly simplicity with minor detail. The only recognisable part is the twister on its belly.
This is the side view of the minifig that shows the detail on its head which they tried to make it as similar as that to the movie

The back of it is printed with a control system as that in the real figure.
This figure is actually very plain and only worth to get it because of its colour or its head.

LEGO Rebel Trooper

This is my review of LEGO minifig Rebel Trooper. As you can see, this minifig is very similar to the rebel trooper in the movie ( pic above). This trooper can be found in 2 set; 7668 Rebel Scout Speeder, 10198 Tantive IV.
It comes with a white helmet with the old black visor to be attached on the helmet to form the black part of the helmet. The helmet is quite similar to those in the movie with a pointed back and look too large for a head (old style. LOL).
One thing about the trooper is that the head itself comes printed with its helmet strap. Hence, it looks real weird without its helmet. This minifig has a black torso and blue arm with printed inner blue shirt and belt on its torso.

This is the back view of the minifig. The helmet can be seen as way offsize for its head.

This is the helmet of the rebel trooper and it's unique for this minifig. It's worth getting for the helmet itself. The black part is attached by the old black visor. This helmet comes with minor detail as you can see below the end of the visor to make it look less plain. A lot of LEGO minifig stock is already here mainly Jedis which i'll be doing review on it in the near weeks.

Cheerssss....... =)

New Stock!! LEGO ARF Trooper

New stock for LEGO minifig ARF Trooper is here. ARF Trooper stands for Advanced Recon Force Trooper.
This minifig only available in 1 set which is 7913 Clone Trooper Battle Pack which was released in early 2011. This minifig is very similar to the ARF Trooper in The Clone Wars animation series. It's helmet is customised and with very detail rints on it including the ARF insignia on the side of its helmet.
This minifig comes with a face head; a typical clone wars trooper face.
This is the back of the minifig. It was printed. Both its front and back print is very similar to the print on the normal white new Clone Wars series of phase I Clone Troopers.
This is back of the minifig with helmet on. It actually has a sharp edge on the back of its helmet.
This is the side view of the helmet with the ARF insignia printed on the side. Both side of the helmet has the exact same print

This is ARF Trooper in the Clone Wars animation series. The design is very similar as well as the print. However, the top of the helmet in the animation actually has only 2 short blue stripes but the minifig has four. This figure is actually very nice and unique and it's worth collecting. However, do not try to build an army of ARF Trooper because it is a recon trooper, hence, in a war, the size of such trooper is actually small. If merely for collection, it's alright.

Cheersssss...... =)

New Stock!!! LEGO Clone Trooper phase II

New stock is in for this LEGO minifig Clone Trooper phase II; those in SW movie 3:Revenge of the Sith.
This clone trooper is the nicest among all lego clone trooper minifig. However, there are pros and cons to it. This minifig looks quite similar to the movie with 1 long black stripe on top of its visor. It's helmet is mould with details on it and painted with much similarities with the movie's version. Its torso is printed dirrently from those clone trooper phase 1 or storm trooper.
One of its flaw is that this minifig comes in black head because of its visor that isn't printed on its helmet. Which means that it's quite unlikely to switch its head with those other characters.
This is the back of the minifig. It is printed with some backpack control system or something like that.
This is what i said on earlier. Its helmet is mould with details including the back of it
This is his helmet in close up picture. A black stripe above the visor. 5 grey lines on each of the side of its helmet and also a black tip on its mouth.
This is the front view of the helmet.

Cheerssss.... =)

My own collection MOC: Clone pilot (new)

This is the new clone pilot from set 8096: Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle. It's a brand new clone pilot with visor printed on its head instead of the helmet. The face of this minifig is very unique and there's 1 black version of the same build n print but in black which is in the set 7915: Imperial V-Wing Star fighter.
This is the minifig with helmet removed to reveal his face. His face is very nice with minor detail such as there minor dashes below his left eye-visor. His torso print is a newer print for clone pilot phase II which is the same with those pilot from the new 8088 ARC-170 starfighter but different from the older clone pilot phase II. The print includes detail such as gas tube and control panel (or something like that). Behind the gas tube print is a strap print which continues to cover till the back of the torso.
This is the back of the pilot with printed torso. It has some strap across the back and some minor printed backpack.
This is it with the pilot helmet attached. However, because of the visor is printed on the head, when you turn the helmet, the head is very unlikely to follow unless it's loose hence a bit troublesome if you want to turn its head. you need to first take off the helmet, turn the head and put back the helmet.
The back of the helmet is quite plain with not much detail in it.
This is the front of the helmet with all its print. It is actually quite impressive whereby LEGO is able produce so many helmet with so many minor print on it. THUMBS UP for technology!!! It's very detail with  a lot of touch up on the helmet instead of a plain white pilot helmet with 2 republic insignia.
The side of the helmet to show how minor and detail is the print.

That's all i have for these minifig. cheerssss =)

My own collection: LEGO Medical Droid

This medical droid is very detailed. It's head and torso look very much like the medical droid in the movie (pic shown below). Both its head and torso come in one piece. It has a yellow tri-circle eye which was printed on its black eye socket very accurately. It's mouth with a tube/wire attached was coloured in metallic silver with a printed silver T symbol/logo on its left chest. This minifig has a unique torso that worth collecting. If i'm not wrong, this minifig only available in set 8096: Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle along side with burnt vader, emperor palpatine and clone pilot. In this set, medical droid comes with 3 hands. 2 hands of the same as the right hand in the pic and 1 hand like the left with a rectangular end with no hand to grab but it has a hole in the end. It's leg is the same like other battle droid that can't be moved individually. both legs attached together that makes it looks rigid.

picture of medical droid in the movie.
This is the back of the medical droid. same like other droid, the back of the torso is hollow with no detail on it.. However, at least the back of the head of this minifig has minor detail on it.

This minifig is my own collection so it will not be up for sale. I recommend to get the entire set 8096 as it comes with 4 unique minifig that can't be found in any other set as of May 2011 with a wonderful shuttle. I'll be doing a review on the shuttle in the near future. Make sure to follow my blog. cheers.... =)

LEGO Count Dooku

Here it comes. Stock for LEGO minifig Count Dooku from clone wars. This figure first came out with the limited edition set 7752: Solar Sailer. After that, it also came with the magnet set along with Yoda and Mace Windu.
This is the figure without the cape. As I mentioned in the previous post, some of our minifig comes with cape detached to avoid creases during shipping. This minifig has a unique face that is well recognised as the dooku from clone wars with a high chin with thick grey beard. This minifig face is quite similar with the clone wars in the animation. His hair is new at the point of its release however, after that gone to mass production for other minifig as well eg Chancellor Palpatine. It's front print is nice with a chain across the torso as an illustration to secure the cape. It has a brown thick belt printed on it too. However, the print for this Dooku torso is way smaller to fit on the torso. Hence, as you can see, the black area above the printed neck is quite wide as compared to the rest of the print. It shows that this print is actually way smaller to fit on the torso as compared to the newer prints.
This is the back of the minifig with no print on it. The back of the hair is quite unique with the hairline.
This is the cape for Dooku which was detached during shipping.

That's all for a brand new stock that just came in. cheers... =)

Picture for Obi wan and Luke (tattooine)

This is the very first picture that I am uploading. Sorry if the picture wasn't clear because I'm using an outdated Sony digital camera. Hopefully the image is clear enough for description. xD
This is the old Obi wan Kenobi. Come with set 8092: Luke's Landspeeder. The torso of this minifig is the nicest jedi robe print up to date. The face expression is kinda weird though with some printed eye-bags and some detail with the brow.
However, the back of this minifig has no print.
This is Luke that comes with the same set as Obi wan Kenobi (tattoine-old) The face of this Luke with a brown brow with a chin dimple is nicer as compared to the older sets . The torso print is 'okayyyy' but the leg is special with the extension of his white robe with his boots. This makes the leg unique to this figure.
The back of it is the same as Obi wan with no prints.
This is Obi wan Kenobi with gold headset. It comes with cape and hood. Some of you must be wondering where is the cape?? Actually some of my item comes with cape detached to avoid creases during shipping. This is one of them. Hence, I do not bother to attach the cape. This is the old Jedi robe print that is the same as 2007's 7665: Republic Cruiser. Oh.. i forgot to mention, this Obi wan is from the magnet set along with Vader and Chewbacca.
This is him with hood removed to reveal his head with the gold headset. It's head is from set 7143: Jedi Starfighter.
No back prints because supposedly covered with cape.
This is his cape! a brand new non-crease cape.

There it is. All my available LEGO minifig for sale. I might post some of my own collection in due time.
